Ingredients

  • 175 g butter
  • 175 g icing sugar
  • 163 g flour
  • 140 g egg whites

Method

  1. Beat butter and sugar.
  2. Beat in egg whites.
  3. Add flour and mix into a smooth paste.
  4. Spread the mixture into the moulds.
  5. Bake at 175°C for two and a half minutes.
