Ingredients

  • 100 g plain flour
  • 75 g icing sugar
  • 90 g egg whites
  • 80 g melted butter
  • 20 g cream
  • 10 g honey

Method

  1. Using a mixer, combine well all the ingredients.
  2. Spread the mix with a spatula in Gourmand silicone moulds or Naturae silicone moulds. Make sure to scrape off any excess mix.
  3. Bake at 165°C for 8 min.
