Ingredients

  • 175 g butter
  • 175 g icing sugar
  • 163 g flour
  • 140 g egg whites

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and icing sugar until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the egg whites, beating until fully incorporated.
  3. Add the flour and mix until a smooth paste forms.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly into flower-shaped molds.
  5. Bake at 175°C for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, or until lightly golden.
