Ingredients
- 175 g butter
- 175 g icing sugar
- 163 g flour
- 140 g egg whites
Method
- In a mixing bowl, beat the butter and icing sugar until smooth.
- Gradually add the egg whites, beating until fully incorporated.
- Add the flour and mix until a smooth paste forms.
- Spread the mixture evenly into flower-shaped molds.
- Bake at 175°C for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, or until lightly golden.
