Honey Tuiles
Ingredients
- 100 g plain flour
- 75 g icing sugar
- 90 g egg whites
- 80 g melted butter
- 20 g cream
- 10 g honey
Method
- Using a mixer, combine all the ingredients until smooth.
- Spread the mix evenly with a spatula into your choice of Silicone Mats for Tuile Decorations, scraping off any excess for an even layer.
- Bake at 165°C for 8 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
