Ingredients

  • 100 g plain flour
  • 75 g icing sugar
  • 90 g egg whites
  • 80 g melted butter
  • 20 g cream
  • 10 g honey

Method

  1. Using a mixer, combine all the ingredients until smooth.
  2. Spread the mix evenly with a spatula into your choice of Silicone Mats for Tuile Decorations, scraping off any excess for an even layer.
  3. Bake at 165°C for 8 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
