Potato and Mustard Chips
Ingredients
- 500 g floury potatoes
- 100 ml milk
- 50 ml cream
- 100 g butter
- 50 g grainy mustard
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste
Method
- Prepare a classic mashed potato using the floury potatoes, milk, cream, butter, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Mix in the grainy mustard until evenly incorporated.
- Spread a thin, even layer of the mixture onto a baking paper-lined tray.
- Bake at 40°C for 24 hours, or until completely dry and crisp.
