Ingredients

  • 500 g floury potatoes
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 ml cream
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g grainy mustard
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste

Method

  1. Prepare a classic mashed potato using the floury potatoes, milk, cream, butter, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  2. Mix in the grainy mustard until evenly incorporated.
  3. Spread a thin, even layer of the mixture onto a baking paper-lined tray.
  4. Bake at 40°C for 24 hours, or until completely dry and crisp.
