Ingredients

  • 600 g potato puree
  • 220 g cornflour
  • 240 g olive oil
  • 170 g water
  • 24 g salt

Method

  1. Using a mixer, combine well all the ingredients.
  2. Spread the mix with a spatula in Gourmand silicone moulds or Naturae silicone moulds. Make sure to scrape off any excess mix.
  3. Bake at 165°C for 10 min.
